Kataomoi

Released September 21, 2016,
as track #7 on her album *daydream*.
Written and composed by Takahito Uchisawa (androp),
arranged with Kenji Tamai & Masahiro Tobinai.

The song is often cited as a direct expression of love,
one of her more emotionally vulnerable works.
Its MV features Aimer herself, and Uchisawa appears
as guitarist in the visual depiction.

Over time, “Kataomoi” has become a streaming milestone,
breaking huge playback numbers and earning double-platinum status.
It’s also featured in her *BEST SELECTION “blanc”* compilation.
